About EAAGUNE
EAAgune is the Euskampus artificial intelligence (AI) community, whose aim is to contribute to creating a community of Basque ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE (AI) actors in order to optimise knowledge transfer between universities, technology centres and companies.
This project encompasses the Euskampus entities (UPV/EHU, Tecnalia and DIPC) and their closest collaborators in AI. One of the first initiatives launched was the development of AI maps that compile and display all the capacities that the aforementioned entities have for generating, developing and applying AI, with a broad approach that includes aspects related to its application, regulation, assimilation, ethics, etc. By capacities we mean training offer, research capacity and facilities and equipment.

Bringing project results to industry to demonstrate their potential and facilitate the desired transformation through innovations in processes and products.

Strengthening interconnectivity
Reinforcing existing collaborations between the Basque AI community groups and the potential application of their R&D&I activity in priority areas of the Basque Smart Specialisation Strategy within the framework of the PCTI 2030.
